Provides project support, including project setup, invoicing, accounts receivables/payables, document processing, filing, and other related tasks. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Responsibilities May Include:
• General accounting tasks such as record keeping, AP/AR, cash flow/treasury accounting
• Learning and assisting with project setup processes
• Working alongside PM's, receiving project information and receiving the contract
• Responsible for entering financials of the project assigned
• Reading and interpreting financial portion of projects, taking that information putting into the system
• Active communication and collaboration with PM's
• Review contract documents for billing terms and conditions
• Filing, copying and pulling invoices
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years experience within an accounting role

* AP, AR, general ledger, reporting, expense reports
• Billing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Microsoft Office experience
• Professional presence

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics
• Experience working within a consulting or service industry
• Deltek experience
• ERP experience
