Manage billing and cash applications processes with accuracy, efficiency and within compliance.
Perform billing activities three days a month, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately.
Provide account reconciliation to customers upon request.
Utilize QuickBooks Online/Bill.com for accounting and financial transactions.
Assist with tax administration tasks, including e-filing and document management.
Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures on documents as needed.
Maintain professionalism and diligence in completing tasks to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with Delivery Team for capturing goods receipt, domestic content tracking and other documents required for tax incentives.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in an EPC firm, or similar environment.
QuickBooks Online proficiency or similar accounting software experience.
Excel skills (advanced or above average) with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets quickly and accurately.
Billing and cash applications processes experience.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
