Telecom Project Coordinator

6-12 month contract + Extensions

Will be REMOTE until COVID ends, needs to be local to Syracuse Market
At least 5 years relevant experience required. Support Project Manager(s) on multiple overlay and NSD Telecom project. Primary functions of maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.
Responsibilities include: Gather all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments Assist Project Manager with development of a comprehensive project workflow process for project Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication Assist project team and team lead in strategic meetings, and follow up with meeting notes and actions Schedule project follow up meetings as needed Develop and publish communications to project stakeholders Develop and review project status reports Special projects as assigned.
Key functions:
Candidates should have report development experience and analytical thinking capability to transform the data into visualizations/dashboard reports.
Strong attention to detail is required
Experience in developing Visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Visualize data, author reports, and schedule automated refresh of reports.
Develop and maintain large Excel spreadsheets with 1000 rows
Technology & Skills:
Hands on expertise with Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and Word
Familiar with data filters, formulas and charts in MS Excel
Strong knowledge in SQL and Visual Basic for Applications
