Our client, a leading infrastructure company focused on safely, reliably, and sustainably delivering energy. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of a Team, supporting various IT project managers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $49-54/hour

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with IT project managers to manage and track project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
• Ensure project requirements are contained within the defined scope and documented appropriately.
• Manage project-related artifacts and ensure proper storage and accessibility.
• Coordinate and track action items, tasks, risks, and issues, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
