The Project Coordinator is a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organized individual that is the primary contact for customers for all aspects of the implementation Process. This includes working with the customer to ensure system configuration meets requirements, analyzing product orders and making decisions to result in a positive customer experience with new DRB Systems products and/or services. This is a Hybrid role, which will allow new hires to work 2-3 days from home once training is completed.

What will our Project Coordinator do?
  • Acts as the primary customer contact for all aspects of the implementation process, including but not limited to obtaining system configuration, help customer with decisions regarding configuration and workflow and establishing an implementation timeline.
  • Working with multiple departments within DRB to ensure a successful project.
  • Build and track milestones using project management software (Clarizen).
  • Consult on best practices and demo product prior to go-live.
  • Facilitates hardware shipment scheduling and software delivery.
  • Schedules target completion weeks and DRB Field Trainers for onsite programming and training.
  • Customer support for project related issues including escalations.


The right candidate will have:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft, and general understanding of computers and their operating systems.
  • 1 year of coordinating projects experience preferred. Experience in training customers on best practices when implementing a new product.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
