Apex Systems, 2nd largest IT staffing firm, has a Project Coordinator opportunity with one of our largest healthcare clients in Nashville, TN. This client is a global health service company dedicated to helping people improve their health and well-being. This opportunity focuses on supporting existing projects ranging from small scope to large. This is a long term contract engagement to re-build processes within a PMO.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with completion of project deliverables, tasks, tracking and reporting.
• Analyze reports and manage KPIs
• Manage, track and report on project budgets.
• Organize and publish project related documentation in various sources.
• Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Comfortable communicating with users and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting project budgets within MS Project
