Candidate profile and qualifications
- Experience in 2-4 of experience within administrative support and/or project coordination
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
- Soft Skills : Professional, attention to detail, polished, flexible, strong written and oral communication skills
- Education : BA/BS required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and strategic support on programmatic initiatives.
- Support timeline management and assist with meeting target deliverables on schedule.
- Manage project reports, including working with Excel and internal databases.
- Coordinate meetings amongst internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners, and other stakeholders.
