Project Coordinator, Oncology - Jefferson Center City

• Develops and implements printed marketing and design projects for the clinical departments, research teams, development staff, and physicians of the Kimmel Cancer Center.
• Independently meets with clinical leaders of Cancer Service Line to determine new and innovative methods for promoting programs, recruitments, and other key clinical and research developments
• Creates content and coordinates the marketing initiatives of the KCC and Cancer Service line including: KCC E-Newsletter, KCC Magazine, Clinical Trials Flyers
• Serves as liaison to TJUH Marketing to insure all KCC, departmental, and Cancer Service Line projects follow organization branding guidelines and protocols.
• Supports the Administrative Director and University Administrator in developing and maintaining hospital and university websites and staff portals for the Department of Medical Oncology and other Kimmel Cancer Center departments as needed.
• Develop and maintains quarterly reports and clinical schedules for the Department of Medical Oncology consistent with the newly established benchmark goals for Jefferson University Physicians.
• Supports the Philanthropic initiatives of KCC in the planning and execution of events and marketing initiatives, as needed
• Supports the Administrative Director in other project management as needed.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Health Services Administration Preferred.

3 or more years of project management experience
3 or more years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and/or print production
