Project Coordinator - Vehicle Ownership Transfer
We are looking for a contingent worker to manage the coordination of vehicle ownership transfer requirements. This role will focus on gathering necessary documentation from branch managers and ensuring those requirements are submitted to our fleet partner, Wheels.

Remote role - Ideal in the EST Time Zone
4- 6 month contract length

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering: Contact and follow up with branch managers across 30+ locations to collect all required documents and information needed for vehicle ownership transfers.
  • Follow-Up and Communication: Consistently follow up with branch managers to ensure timely submission of documents. Provide clear instructions and support as needed to facilitate the process.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an up-to-date tracker to monitor the progress of each location's submission status and ensure all documents reach Wheels.
  • Coordination with Wheels: Work closely with our fleet partner, Wheels, to confirm receipt of required documents and address any gaps or additional needs.

  • Skills and Experience Required:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively follow up and ensure compliance with requests.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Experience with Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting. Basic tracking using Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and stay persistent in obtaining required information.

    Duration: Less than 6 months.
