A large Aerospace client is looking to add a Project Engineer to their team. This project engineer will be supporting a growing engineering division of Fluid and Propulsion engineers. They will be responsible for onboarding these employees initially and making sure they have access to required software. Once the team of ~50 has been onboarded, they will be responsible for task delegation and tracking performance metrics. They will not have any direct reports but will manage task delegation/workload on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Technical Project Manager
Experience delegating tasks to Engineers
Experience reporting on efficiencies, metrics, and performance management
Aerospace experience
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Strong communication and ability to take initiative without a lot of oversight
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with engineers supporting fluid systems (valves, pumps, tubes) and understands the lingo around those systems
Jira
Experience with the PMI framework (or similar project management methodologies)
