PROJECT ENGINEER
Your role
  • You will perform field service; remote phone support and system build support by position. Complete required documentation promptly. Be the face of ISRA VISION to the customer on site and represent our company.
  • You will perform site surveys, installations, maintenance, and repairs on vision inspection systems.
  • Determine site and equipment commissioning requirements.
  • You will work with customers to understand their goals; identify consequences of different solutions.
  • You will configure our system hardware, software, and network components.
  • Assemble and integrate systems and products to verify system operation.
  • Use proactive monitoring procedures to identify problem prevention opportunities.
  • Provide customer with overview of installation activity, site-specific information and access to appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct customer training; organize and present information to convey major points persuasively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that they are met.
  • Handle customer-relations problems promptly, escalates issues according to established procedures.
  • Communicate goals and results relating to installations and inspection issues at a customer's location.
  • Conduct applications support to customer to improve inspection system.
  • You will report directly to our Field Operations Manager.

To succeed you need
  • Associates degree and technical courses or commensurate experience required.
  • Previous experience in automation field with preference to machine vision equipment.
  • 2 years' experience of independent field installations and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with manufacturing automation components, and programmable devices.
  • You are willing to travel up to 80% of the time
