POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
      • Establish client, Vendor and inter-company communication list.
      • Manage of all documents and updates for, drawings PDF/CAD, RFI's, Submittals, Overlays, take offs.
      • Generate and maintain baseline schedule baseline and concrete placement sequence.
      • Coordinate with rebar and formwork vendors to generate shop drawings and schedule deliveries of material.
      • Engage vendors to procure jobsite facilities (office trailers, holding tank, etc.)
      • Maintain project logs tracking rebar, formwork, and pending items.
      • Inventory and manage permanent materials such as rebar, anchor bolts, and embeds.
      • Engage SEC for support with supplemental design work as needed.
      • Create work orders for field tasks, applying time/material rates.

ID21Education and/or Experience
  • Associate degrees in construction related field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction) - Required
  • BS: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction - Preferred
