They are a full-service building automation company specializing in the integration, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems for data centers and other industrial environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of Building Management Systems, HVAC, or Construction projects. You'll manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. MINIMAL TO NO TRAVEL

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of Building Management Systems, HVAC, or Construction projects. You'll manage project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. MINIMAL TO NO TRAVEL
Day to Day
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and objectives with all stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project cost reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of project documentation, including scope of work and technical drawings.
- Manage project billing, change orders, and close-out documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project safety compliance.
Requirements
- Associate's or Engineering degree in a relevant field, or 2-5 years of project management experience in BMS, HVAC, or construction.
- Ability to read MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
