Aquent Studios has a great opportunity for a Global Oncology Project Manager to align closely with
team leads to support and manage large meetings across congresses. This individual will collaborate
with internal and external stakeholders to assist in preparation of presentation decks and organize
scheduling and logistics for upcoming congresses.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support for activities related to global oncology conferences.
  • Scheduling of meetings and support for World Wide Congress Briefing (WWCB) and oncology marketing meetings. Expertise of MS outlook, MS Teams, Power point and Excel.
  • Congress Core Communications Platform - finalize formatting and distribution for congresses.
  • Congress Tracker - align and maintain prioritized oncology congress master list.
  • Preparation for TIER 1 congress planning meetings. Align schedule for planning meetings and coordinate content across vendors
  • Lead Cross-divisional congress communications and drive innovation to continue to improve communication techniques
  • Work with IT and/or Creative Services Ops Team to help improve congress planning and communications
  • Innovate and create new oncology congress SharePoint site.
  • Cross-divisional and regional/market level communication and coordination.
  • Project management within Global Marketing Oncology team providing support across specific indication teams.
  • Regular utilization of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint as needed.
  • Possibility of some travel to some of the congresses, as identified or after more experience in the
  • role.
  • 90% Remote. Ability to travel to Rahway, NJ and/or Upper Gwynedd, PA 2 to 4 times per month.

Qualifications:
  • Pharma experience desired.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced role in Sales, Marketing and/or Operations related field desired.
  • Demonstrated multi-project management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proficient in building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking, willingness to grow in the position as business expands.
  • Leadership behaviors and ability to align with client compliance goals and policies.
  • Ability to effectively interface and support leadership from sales, marketing or promotion development within pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Experience tracking/monitoring budgets is helpful
  • Experience with vendor management is helpful
  • IT knowledge is helpful

Compensation Range: $75 -78,500K

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
