Job Title: Sr Project Manager

Location: Chicago, IL 60661 or Austin, TX 78758 or Seattle, WA 98119 (Should work onsite at any of these locations)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay range: $60/Hr to $65/Hr on W2

Job Description:

Please provide 2-3 values or traits that are important to this role:
  • 5-8 yrs. of proven, hand-on program, project or planning experience, preferably in the fields of marketing, computer science or engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing campaign delivery, creative delivery or enterprise project delivery (software development and web technologies delivery a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to breakdown complex projects and deliver workback plans.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Office advanced XLS o JIRA/Confluence Roadmaps/Structure, Smartsheet or other project/planning tools

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project/workback plans to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report on status of delivery and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support the creation/roll-out of ongoing delivery processes

What technical skills will successful candidates possess
  • Should be familiar with agile, CRM and email marketing terminology.
  • Individual will be required to understand the scope of projects being delivered.
  • Reasonable experience in leading the delivery of complex, enterprise projects.
