Job Description:
Project Manager needed for general construction on various commercial projects. Duties will include scheduling teams for projects, site walks with General Contractors, approving purchase orders, change orders, and submitting for progress payments. You will also be responsible for overall employee management, attendance, and work progress. EPA and OSHA certificates are a plus. Software used will include Procore, Field Edge, and Quickbooks. Benefits start after 90 days and include 401k, health insurance, company vehicle, and a gas card. You may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check upon arrival.
