We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. The successful candidate will manage an enterprise-level software replacement project, ensuring that all project goals are met within the stipulated timeframe and budget. This is an on-site position requiring presence in the office five days a week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the enterprise-level software replacement project from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and milestones.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level software replacement projects.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
