The Tech and Data Learning Team at Prudential is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their growing team. You will contribute to their goal of creating a talent pool of ready-now leaders by driving employee engagement and helping to deliver curricula that supports internal transformation and career mobility.

This team is responsible for leading the internal Learning Programs for upskilling, reskilling, educational programs, internal learning pathways, etc. This team is in the process of rolling out a Tech Ready Accelerator which is 6 personas across the business which theyve aligned multiple learning deliverables (Executives, Leader Type 1, Leader Type 2, Technical Experts, Risk Compliance & Governance, and Everyone Else). This team will be focused on delivering and working with 3rd party vendors. Each of the personas has 5-7 deliverables, so this person needs to be organized and driven with excellent communication skills. This person will also be responsible for organizing multiple project plans. There will be no budget management in this position. Your main responsibility is driving conception, organization, promotion, and implementation of effective programmatic initiatives. You will work alongside the Instructional Design, Communications, and Change Management teams to collaborate a well-run project.

Daily Tasks Will Include:
Determining project tasks and milestones in collaboration with the Director of Technical Learning and external vendors
Project management of high-profile technical learning programs in partnership with technical vendors and internal business partners and SMEs
Serves as the coordinator of all project tasks and milestones ensuring timely completion
Manages success metrics and analytics
Periodically presents status to key stakeholders and leaders

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment working with third party vendors in a large enterprise environment
Ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results within set deadlines.
Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to review and analyze learning data and derive insights.
Excellent organizational, coordination and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: can articulate thoughts and ideas (technical and non-technical) clearly and concisely
Expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills for presenting to upper management
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project plans, and adapt to shift direction frequently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project Management Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Familiar with instructional or learning technology
Experience in the Financial or Insurance industry
