High proficiency in Outlook, Notes, Excel, and PowerPoint is required to support project management, data analysis, and creating presentations.
Openness to quickly learn how to navigate new IT systems and to communicate and collaborate with technical colleagues
First preference is given to work in large pharma organizations Background in project management, marketing, oncology, and/or precision medicine
Background in operations supports digital marketing and digital data management.
Must have strong communication (oral and written), multi-tasking, organizational, and project management skills. Oncology experience/background strongly preferred.
Fast learner, open for feedback with able to work independently.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required to support data analysis and creating presentations.
Preferred:
Extremely professional executive administrative background .

• Familiarity with Navigating Promotional Content creation and Client review/approval processes

Responsibilities:
This role will have responsibility for several aspects of general marketing support and business analysis with a strong emphasis on Diagnostic Patient Programs process management (50%).
It will also support the Precision Medicine team across on a variety of projects related to the growth and scale of our fast-growing company. This resource individual will be managing several small diverse projects, following up on teammates, project components and providing operational support and managing processes.
This resource individual will also be providing supporting some team administrative duties such as, preparing agenda/minutes, tracking project timelines/deliverables, following up on action items, preparing data collection, managing team meeting schedules. In addition, responsibilities will include data analysis, compiling or synthesizing of data within projects.
Providing up to date and accurate communications to external and internal, global & regional stakeholders, project management support, internal/external meeting management, liaising with vendor and cross functional teams to communicate status or needs, communicate status or needs and misc. reporting.
The role will require the person to work somewhat independently and follow through on assigned tasks and actions.
