You'll be working closely with clients, internal developers, designers, and sales staff. You will need to communicate specific information to each group clearly and concisely. You are incredibly organized, and detail oriented. You'll be managing multiple projects at once, along with collaborating directly with internal staff, making sure each project is completed on time. Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to meet timeline and milestone dates and manage deliverables and expectations.
  • Serve as both a SIDEARM and client advocate, by striving for the best solutions possible for their website, including missed deadlines, issues, or concerns.
  • Work and collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Design, Development, and Support to successfully execute client requests.
  • Inform and proactively report on project status to key internal stakeholders, with respect to project schedule and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client's needs and management of process flow to meet predetermined deadlines.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of applicable experience.
  • Experience with Outlook and the Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Podio.
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others in accomplishing tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage an evolving workflow both internally and externally, for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work longer hours when needed.

Pay Transparency The approximate base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
