Preferably, YOU have:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• At least 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience in construction supply or industrial distribution
• Experience working directly with general contractors and/or municipalities.
• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with municipal bidding processes, including RFQ and RFP submissions, bid tabulations, and pricing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in tracking bids, materials, and project deliverables.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to make cold calls to underperforming accounts, identifying new sales opportunities.
• Flexibility to occasionally travel and participate in sales calls to build customer relationships alongside OSRs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate coordination among OSRs, branch personnel, and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams at all levels, including District Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and senior leadership.
