1. End-to-End Project Management:

Lead and manage the complete office building remodel project from inception to completion.

Coordinate all aspects of the renovation, including planning, execution, and tracking.

Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget.

2. Stakeholder Oversight:

Oversee all project teams and stakeholders involved in the renovation.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.

Address any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep the project on track.

3. Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure favorable terms and compliance with project requirements.

Monitor contract performance throughout the project lifecycle.

4. On-Site Inspections and Assessments:

Conduct regular in-person site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety.

Identify any deviations from the project plan and address them promptly.

Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve any issues.

5. Compliance with Building Codes and Regulations:

Maintain a strong understanding of State of Washington building codes and safety regulations.

Ensure that all renovation activities adhere to legal requirements.

Work closely with regulatory bodies as needed.

6. Project Documentation and Reporting:

Utilize project management software and GANTT charts to track progress.

Generate regular reports on project status, milestones, and risks.

Communicate updates to stakeholders and customers effectively.

7. Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Foster positive working relationships to achieve project success.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5-10 years of project management experience managing large scale renovation projects (year-long or multimillion dollar projects)

* Experience specializing in construction and office space/building renovations

* Strong understanding of construction, permitting, space planning design principals

* Strong understanding of State of WA building codes and safety regulations

* Demonstrated experience and proficiency using PM software and GANTT charts

* Experience with vendor management and communicating progress/updates to stakeholders/ customers

* Experience managing general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, trades

PMP and OSHA 10 hr certifications
