We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for project management, data and technology to join the Digital Analytics team within the Optum Consumer Office. You will work in a dynamic environment with teams focused on using digital products to improve consumer experiences across healthcare. The ideal candidate has experience with project management, analytics, works well in matrixed organization and is an effective problem solver.

This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a digital analytics on Optum's leading consumer applications. The position will partner with product, analytics and engineering teams in the Optum Consumer Office to project manage implementation and analytics capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines and deliverables and execute against deadlines
• Manage and coordinate communications among all applicable stakeholders including weekly standups and intake review
• Monitor and report progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Support resource assignment and capacity planning
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate courses of action to mitigate risk and develop strategies to mitigate future risks
• Be an expert on process and teamwork. Mentor, coach, and support project teams on project management capabilities
• Develop solid relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience working with large, distributed teams
• Experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products, Google Analytics or other product analytics
• Experience with Project Managements tools (e.g. Rally, Jira)
• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer applications and digital customer experience
• Experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or other product analytics tools
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
