General Description / Primary Purpose
The Project Systems Coordinator (PSC) plays a central role in grant leadership. The PSC will assist the PI and work with faculty and staff across the College and University to assure fidelity to grant implementation and reporting expectations.



Essential Duties

Job Function
  • The PSC will coordinate logistical components and communication across the PREP system.
  • The PSC will manage recruitment and selection processes and oversee all budgetary and fiscal aspects and components of the project in collaboration with PREP leadership, the COEHS grants team, and the Office of Research and Special Projects (ORSP).
  • The PSC will facilitate the development and implementation of PREP, in conjunction with the PI, co-PIs, and the Clay Professional Development Director throughout the five-year funding period.
  • The PSC will be overseeing all project staff throughout the project, including participant recruitment, program implementation and data collection.
  • The PSC will facilitating PREP coordination meetings and other staff communications; and working with all project partners.
  • The PSC will collaborate with fellow team members and be responsible for disseminating results and communications as needed. This position may evolve as the grant evolves.

This position is responsible for providing Project Prep PI's, Co-Pi's, and key personnel with any information and/or assistance as required.

Required Qualifications
This position requires either (a) Master's degree from an in a directly related area of specialization; (b) Bachelor's degree from an in a directly related area of specialization and two years of experience directly related to the job functions; or (c ) 6 years of direct experience.
