Python Developer

Insight Global is seeking multiple Python Developers to join one of their top financial clients in NYC. This individual will be joining the technology group of one of their most recently acquired products. These developers will be focused on a number of retrofitting and security development efforts stemming from the integration of these new products into the larger enterprise. After these immediate projects are complete, these developers will continuously focus on modernization, enhancements, and optimization of this product, used by billons across the globe. We are seeking hands on Python developers who are confident with both Django and Flask frameworks and understand backend data processes. The application will continue to function in a cloud environment post integration, so AWS experience is a must.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years experience with Python back end development
- Strong SQL experience and understanding of basic data modeling and database designs
- Proficiency with both Django and Flask frameworks
- Experience coding in an AWS environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- DevOps experience specifically with Kubernetes
