QA Automation Engineer

Insight Global is looking to is looking to hire a strong Senior QA Automation Engineer for one of their largest financial clients to sit hybrid in Chicago, IL. This candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications that support this teams business units/functions. This role involves working with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools, and participating in the design, development, and implementation of applications, often using new technoloies. They may provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. They will serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Key resonsibilities include:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts to support application testing.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing software applications.
- Support and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Test software applications across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and enterprise-level systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that applications meet business and technical requirements.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often involving new and emerging technologies.

***Pay Range*** $50.41/hr - $60.41hr

Strong automation experience with automation tools Selenium/TestNG/Cucumber
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
