QA Automation Engineer

Project Overview: 


We need to migrate our automation framework from old JUnit tests to the new modern Playwright Automation suite.

Role Scope / Deliverables: Migrating our Automation Regression and performance suite to use Playwright Automation suite.

Key Skills: 

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field and 6+ years of relevant work experience or master degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Must be a strong team player and look to succeed as a team.

Strong knowledge and work experience with automation testing tool like selenium/geb using Java, Gradle.

Experience working with Playwright automation suite a plus.

Must have good understanding of data base, queries and ability to gather test data independently.

Must have good knowledge of web applications, api services; prior domain exposure to eCommerce would be plus.

Must have strong troubleshooting and application tuning experience.

Knowledge of Database such as Oracle, PostGres desired; Groovy scripting would be big plus.

Desired end to end test automation skillset comprising GUI, Data, API, XML/JSON, webapp level validation.

Exposure to Agile/SAFe framework and usage of JIRA/Confluence or similar tools would be plus

Education: Bachelors Degree
