Client work to be accomplished

Utilizing Client templates to create testing-related documentation (e.g., Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary Memos, etc.).

Executing the Test Plans and Test Cases through all phases of the testing process, if required.

Responsible for using Xray, or other Test Management tools, to manage test case execution.

Managing the Defect Management Process, to include defect identification, resolution, and tracking.

Responsible for working with the vendor to ensure defects are resolved in a timely fashion.

Serving as the testing point of contact for vendors on various projects to co-ordinate testing activities.

Managing defects using Jira or other Defect Management tools.

Providing support (coordination) for UAT efforts, utilizing Client division staff (users) for test execution.

Providing testing guidance for various projects.

Facilitating Daily Defect Triage Meetings (i.e., monitoring UAT defects, entering/reviewing defects, replicating defects and communicating defects to vendors

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

4-7: Manual testing Experience (e.g., System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, etc.

4-7: Proficient in writing test plans, test cases, and other testing-related documentation

4-7: Facilitating/coordinating User Acceptance Testing

4-7: Using Jira, or other Defect Management tools (e.g., Octane)

4-7: Xray, or other Test Management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail)
