QlikSense/ Alteryx/ETL Data Analyst - REMOTE

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics to join our team and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making. This role will focus on leveraging advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights from transactional and eCommerce data, both within our digital platforms and our data warehouse. You will be responsible for developing and executing data analysis strategies, building compelling visualizations, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. Collaborate with IT to identify and implement solutions for data-related challenges. Analyze transactional data (digital and data warehouse) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, sales, and conversion rates. Develop reports and dashboards summarizing transactional data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Conduct in-depth analysis of eCommerce data to identify key drivers of performance. Develop recommendations for optimizing product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop A/B testing strategies to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives. * Insight Generation & Storytelling: Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations, dashboards, and reports. Develop compelling data stories that effectively communicate actionable insights and recommendations. Present key findings and recommendations to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Data Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like QlikSense, Power BI, and Google Data Studio. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven reports and presentations. Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Project Management & Collaboration: Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

$60/hr to $62/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years experience as a Senior Analyst/ Data Engineer

Experience with QlikSense, Alteryx or any other data visualization tools

Experience with SQL

Strong background in ETL

Strong communication/presentation skills

- Experience with GCP
- Adobe Analytics Certification and/or Alteryx Workflow Certified
