Title: Quality Assurance Analyst-II
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 12 months (40 hour work week)

Job description:

Position Summary QA Consultant

Independent contributor QA professional, executing most QA processes with minimal guidance, and providing special expertise in a tool, process, or specialized area of QA. Using Lean Agile methodology, interact with customers and other Systems department personnel to design, develop and maintain business applications that effectively support the Client's /Tampa Operations business customers

Role Responsibilities:

• Ability to run and verify functional testing using different types of technology and tools.
• Ability to review and compare documents.
• Ability to use PDF compare tools
• Experience testing Correspondence and Billing
• Able to work with a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• In addition to core area discipline willingness to broaden abilities to help team members.
• Ensures test coordination with other teams and appropriate coverage across teams.
• Display an ability to improve the user experience when interfacing with the applications.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues.
• Contributes to the Client's Direct QA best practices.
• Adheres to Agile methodologies, ceremonies and practices
• Speak, writes and communicates in ways that create awareness, clarity and understanding
• Executes and prepares recommendations on ATDD -Acceptance Test-Driven Development methodology and other Lean Agile testing practices.

Preferred Experience:

• Possess an intermediate level quality engineer acumen
• Experience testing in process-driven document capture software platform that converts paper documents into application ready digital content. (Example Captiva)
• Experience in the life insurance industry
• Experience working in a hybrid project management matrix
• Experience working in PractiTest
• Able to work hybrid (on-site T, W, Th)
