We are seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead and maintain our quality management system and product compliance system, working collaboratively with operations, procurement, and engineering across multiple locations.

The Quality & Compliance Manager will focus on system and process optimization for key quality initiatives, overall management of the quality system, customer response in case of product issue, and ensuring all products meet any applicable federal and state requirements.

This Quality & Compliance Manager position will be based primarily out of our Glen Mills, PA location but will require travel to our Conway, SC location.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Lead and/or support defective item analysis and work with suppliers to determine corrective action.
  • Oversee bin checks to ensure available product matches product specification.
  • Direct incoming inspection, in process inspection, and outgoing inspection for key product lines.
  • Work with a cross functional team to ensure product quality on new product launches.
  • Oversee compliance program, ensuring all products meet applicable plumbing, state, and federal requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent in related work experience in engineering.
  • 3 years supervisory experience recommended.
  • Experience with product compliance preferred.
  • Aptitude for data and trend analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate and develop cross functional partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • 1 year supervisory experience required
  • Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
