Responsibilities
  • Active exchange of information with other BU's within the Sinter Group network
  • Establish and strengthen personal relationships with the customer's quality representatives
  • Manage and attend customer quality audit
  • Understand customer quality systems (i.e. ZF QR 83)
  • Perform internal process audits (including suppliers)
  • Manage Root Cause Analysis and Corrective / Preventative Action for internal and external discrepant material and buisness problems; Drive corrective action process for customers and suppliers
  • Check drawings in terms of measurement issues/techniques/devices
  • Participate in PFMEA reviews
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16979, ISO 14001 and all other used standards
  • Prepare and update quality documentation to customer requirements (process flow charts, capability studies, inspection reports, etc)
  • Utilize automotive core tools


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
  • Efficient computer skills; Microsoft Office are necessary
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer complaint and management experience
  • Ability to travel; domestic and internationally
