Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure flawless production
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential defects
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop corrective actions


Qualifications

Education:

  • University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
Experience & Skills

Required:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience
  • Proven experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from different departments and backgrounds
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for success, consistently delivering high-quality products
