Volt is hiring for a Receiving Clerk for a reputable company in Irvine,CA. $18.00-$22.00 per hour

As a Receiving Clerk you will:

• Unload crates and pallets from incoming trucks with the use of forklift.
• Opening, and sorting inventory within crates. Verify quantity of parts match the paperwork submitted. Repalletize inventory on pallets.
• Physically breakdown of crates as well to dispose.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Work will be done inside and as well as outside of the warehouse.
• Receive orders in a timely manner; follow through with received products which passed Quality Control.
• Stage product for stockroom to replenish warehouse.
• Maintain all packing list and submit them to Warehouse manager or lead daily.
• Aid in restocking of shelves if required
• Other duties may be assigned.

This is a full time opportunity. The client is looking for somebody to start ASAP and this is a temp to hire position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) with warehouse experience.
• Prior Receiving positions a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook software.
• ERP or WHS system experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, good listener, critical thinking skills, action-oriented, detail oriented, perseverance
• Ethics - treats people with respect & upholds organizational values.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Forklift, pallet truck certified.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule: 5:30am - 2:00pm ( ½ hour lunch)

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
