Receptionist/Assistant Staffing Coordinator

We serve the communities of Middlesex, Mercer and Northern Monmouth Counties and provide care from a few hours a day to overnight shifts to live-in care. We work with clients to come up with the best plan for their family.

Office Responsibilities:

• You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
• Potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services.
• Basic computer and telephone skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day.
• Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners.
• Ability to transport caregivers in company car.
