Regional Director of Census & Marketing Skilled Nursing Facilities

Wachusett Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Census & Marketing to lead our census development efforts in our skilled nursing and rehab centers located in Connecticut: Enfield, New London, and Plainfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of building relationships and driving growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee census and marketing strategies for skilled nursing facilities

- Oversee all marketing and relationship development initiatives

- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital referral sources, community partners and healthcare professionals

- Collaborate with facility teams to drive admissions and revenue growth

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling many different tasks with a sense of urgency

- Proven marketing and business development skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
