Your Role

BeaconMedaes is seeking a Regional Service Manager to join our team. The Regional Service Manager is responsible for leading a team of Field Service Technicians. In this role, you will collaborate with our Service Sales team and Service Coordinators to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered through the maintenance and repair of equipment.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Responsible for profitable aftermarket territory development and management in assigned region.
• Provide measurable improvement in overall customer satisfaction.
• Improve the efficiency of the team using the company tools and software to perform daily administrative functions.
• Manage the daily operations of service personnel in accordance with QEMS and ISO standards.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and resolve customer service issues.
• Monitor and control inventory within the region.
• Manage commercial goodwill and warranty activity within the region.
• Provide monthly reporting of business results trends and competitive information. When deviations from the business plan occur, propose, and implement corrective actions to bring the business back in line with the plan.
• Work within the guidelines of "The Way we do Things" for People Management which includes but not limited to hiring, performance management, coaching and employee competence development and reporting.
• Perform ride along visits with service technicians to evaluate skills and conduct an annual safety audit.
• Conduct frequent field visits with the sales team to identify current market conditions and formulate strategies to maximize aftermarket business results.
• Review, evaluate, approve, and submit time sheets for each payroll period.
• Control overall expenses while maximizing company assets and human capital.
• Conduct monthly tool box meetings including but not limited to the company required communications.
• Perform assigned duties in accordance with BeaconMedaes standards, while always striving to provide timely support for the Service Team.
• Ensure processes needed for the QEMS are established, implemented, and maintained.
Report to Management on the performance of the QEMS and the need for improvement.
Ensure employees are aware of customer requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed, you will need

Experience

• Seven (7) + years of experience with BeaconMedaes in the aftermarket and service business area
• Strong mechanical and electrical trouble shooting abilities
• Proven managerial and leadership experience

Education
• Bachelor's degree, Technical degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience

Skills

• Excellent track record in providing exceptional customer care and customer relations
• High level of proficiency in computer software applications
• Strong familiarity including BeaconMedaes software, SAP, and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic, result oriented, with good leadership skills
• Able to manage people and create trustworthy and fair relations with customers and colleagues

Travel

• This position requires travel as needed
