As a Specialty Projects Nurse, you will be responsible to oversee our specialty programs/projects. You would be responsible to track patients and do rounds with specialty physicians. Specialty programs/projects could include but are not limited to the following:

Kidney disease and management

Cardiac

Pulmonary

Palliative

Dementia
