Registered Nurse (RN) Wanted To Join Our Family!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an RN who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

• Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care

• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
