Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)

Creekside Village is seeking a FT Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC). The RNAC is responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective. *Experience Required*

QUALIFICATIONS OF RNAC:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
• Current/active license for Registered Nurse
• MDS coordinator certification
• Clinical Experience in a nursing facility
• Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
