- Collaborate with manager and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.
- Serve as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.
- Participate in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP) credentialed from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Medical Tech credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the Indiana Medical Radiology Services Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
