Job Profile
JOB SUMMARY: Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma/GED; Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing. IV Certification preferred
Work Experience (Years and Area): Up to 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: (Check Applicable Areas)
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Other Skills: Mathematics, Medical Terms, P.C.
