Piper Companies is searching for a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager for Advertising & Promotion to join the regulatory affairs team of a global biopharmaceutical company. The position is a hybrid opportunity in the Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC regions.

Responsibilities for the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager include:
• Serve as the lead and collaborate cross-functionally to create all advertising and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain the creation of all US labeling, advertising and promotional materials
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the US regulation of drug marketing and advertising requirements
• Prepare necessary labeling documents and labeling information for submissions

Qualifications for the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager include:
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• 2+ years demonstrated regulatory affairs experience within US regulatory advertising and promotion
• Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalent

Compensation for the Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager include:
• Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 based on professional experience
