Summary

The Regulatory Data Analyst through their knowledge of health care and hospital business operations will collect, process, and analyze data to support data-driven and informed decision-making within the Johns Hopkins Health System Hospitals and Johns Hopkins Surgery Centers Series. This position will work with effectively communicating technical methods, approaches, and plans to those with varying degrees of technical understanding

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Business, Engineering, or a related field or graduation from an accredited school of Nursing, Public Health or related clinical discipline.

Work Experience:

• Requires a minimum of 4-5 years related experience in health care, including a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management.
• Requires experience in data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting (experience using Excel Power Query, Pivot Table/Chart, Epic EMR with Tableau/Crystal reports and dashboard development preferred).
• Requires experience in project management.
