As an Engagement Data Analyst, you will: Manage consulting engagements and technology-based Information Technology (IT) solution projects for clients. Appy advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise including experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI to analyze, synthesize and communicate complex information for a wide client and industry stakeholder group. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work both independently as well as part of a collaborative team. May mentor and supervise team members.
  • Leverage expertise in designing, implementing, and managing strategic, multi-disciplinary IT tasks and activities in support of the client's mission.
  • Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Adapt a broad knowledge of program management methodologies, including clearly communicating your program's strategy and business impact to your project team and client.

Job Duties• Design, develop and maintain key components of the SharePoint Server.
• Implement SharePoint-based workflows and development of Business Intelligence dashboards.
• Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software.
• Work with the team to design and develop custom SharePoint solutions.
• Use SharePoint Framework SPx to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
• Integrate SharePoint with other existing systems.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
• Maintain product quality by carrying out reviews, performing ongoing refactoring of code, and implementing any necessary fixes or enhancements.
• Ensure all solutions are properly tested and meet user requirements.
• Apply testing 'best practices' to validate and verify SharePoint applications to ensure their functionality.
• Monitor and analyze SharePoint server and application performance.
• Create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Ensure the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions.
• Work with other IT professionals, such as Database Administrators and Network Engineers, to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Implement, deploy, package, and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.
• Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices.
• Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management.
• Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in management or IT
  • 5+ years of experience supporting delivery of multi-system solutions for healthcare systems as a product owner responsible for managing and delivering system requirements, testing, change management, and risk management.
  • Experience with
    • creating visuals and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
    • analyzing operational performance, identifying process improvements, and presenting to clients to obtain buy-in.
    • oral and written communication skills and facilitating large meetings consisting of multiple, diverse stakeholders.
    • managing relationships with federal clients and external stakeholders.
    • developing summary level notes that are succinct and action oriented.
    • project management and/or action tracking.
    • managing the evolution of the user story and backlog items, including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating story refinement sessions.
    • working with a team of systems integrators to incorporate a variety of business, development, and operations teams to integrate systems, operations, and delivery.
    • managing communications networks to multiple audiences, such as client, staff, and leadership.
    • strategy development through providing a shared vision, championing this shared vision by translating ideas into action, driving decisions, and establishing and meeting goals.
  • Exceptionally organized and able to keep a group focused on shared action items.
  • Ability to manage team efforts toward common goals, working effectively with colleagues to apply existing and new methodologies to help address complex client needs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.

  • Requirements gathering, development of wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira or Confluence
  • Knowledge of basic business analysis, such as assessment of risk, strategic planning, and quality management and reporting.

  • Prior experience supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 5+ years' directly related experience;
OR
  • Master's degree and 3+ years directly related experience;
OR
  • Certifications may be accepted in lieu of degree at the discretion of the Program Manager.

  • Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' previous experience as a SharePoint developer.
  • Minimum 3 years' extensive working knowledge of PowerFX, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
  • At Least 5 years' experience coding in one or more of the following languages:
    • C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Web Services
  • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services
  • 2 years' experience developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
  • 2 solid years UI/UX experience
  • 5 years' experience working with Jira Microsoft DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket, Git
  • 3 years working knowledge and understanding of an Agile Scrum SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
  • Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQLdata is desired.
  • Proven track record to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
