Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Manager to support an educational client in a remote capacity in the states listed below. This person will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products or services within these AI projects. They will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery process by collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. The pay range for this is $45.00-75.00/hour depending on experience.

The key responsibilities for this role:

Project Coordination:
- Orchestrate project tasks, ensuring team members understand their roles, deadlines, and maintain standards.
- Monitor project progress and optimize for efficiency.

Communication Facilitation:
- Liaise between various teams to ensure synergy and smooth flow of information.
- Reduce misunderstandings and maximize productivity.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to project deadlines or quality.
- Implement mitigation measures to avert issues.

Resource Allocation:
- Assign the right resources to each task.
- Manage team workload effectively.

Required Skills & Experience
- need experience in the education space working at companies like Pearson Education, MacMillian Publishers, Houghton Mifflin, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, higher education, or the like.
- one or more of SAFE, Scrum, Agile, PMP, or the like certifications
- Bachelor's degree or certifications in business management, project management, or a related field.
- delivery management experience supporting project coordination, team leadership, motivating others to reach end goals, etc.
- experience holding stakeholders accountable and working with many clients/teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project outcomes
- experience managing large budgets for projects (must be more than $150k) and timeline expectations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- work with Generative AI projects/products
- hands-on experience in a delivery role with products delivery specifically
