Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in provider network data ingestion, data management, and data storage, with expertise in using advanced data ingestion tools. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and secure handling of healthcare data to support our organizations operational and analytical needs. This individual will join a team of 2 additional Data Architects, handling a large amount of provider network data each month, and preparing that data for distribution across the organization. This position is fully remote, working PST hours.

Required Skills & Experience

Provider Network Data Ingestion:
- Design and implement data ingestion processes for provider network data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and source data from multiple systems.
Data Ingestion Tools:
- Utilize tools such as Azure Data Factory, DataBricks, and Kafka to develop and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines.
- Ensure seamless data integration and transformation to support downstream analytics and reporting.
Data Movement and ETL Processes:
- Leverage Azure Data Factory or SSIS to move and transform data across different platforms and environments.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Healthcare Data Management:
- Manage provider network data, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and documentation to support data governance and quality initiatives.
