- $16/HR. WEEKLY PAY + BENEFITS

- REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME!!

- MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH AN OCCASIOAL SATURDAY, BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8 AM - 8 PM CST

Must live in Irving TX or Surrounding areas to pick up equipment.

Job responsibilities may include...

• • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

Best met requirements...

• • At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
  • High speed internet and the ability to work from home.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
  • Must live in Irving, TX or Surrounding areas to pick up equipment
