Position: Medical CCRPay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: September 2024

***MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX***

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
  • Provide good customer service and empathy.
  • Using computer skills for data entry.
  • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
  • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience

(NO EXCEPTIONS)

MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX
  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
