Remote Medical CSR's are the first point of contact for our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client

Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer service experience. No selling, or collections!
• Receiving inbound calls from patients. Some outbound calls may be required, depending on the department.
• Collecting critical patient demographic data and information. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
• Work with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage on behalf of the patient while operating according to Federal Health Care Program guidelines.

Work Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7am - 8pm CST

Must have 1 year of recent call center experience. No exceptions!

• Medical call center experience is a plus!
• Must have reliable high speed internet connection and ability to work from home.
• Great attitude and willingness to help others.
• Must live in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky
• Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
